The nailer’s speed was one of the most frequently mentioned features, which greatly enhances job site performance and efficiency. Several users stated that approximately one in 10 nails require a whack with a hammer to fully seat them, but this wasn’t cited as a problem or concern.

For the most part, reviewers were equally pleased with the factory-refurbished models, which cost between 25 and 40 percent less than the new nailers. Bostitch states their factory-refurbished models are restored to “like new” condition. They add that there may be some minor cosmetic damage to the casing, but that the tools should function like new.
